At Design Drop Private Limited ("Company", "we," "our," "us"), we are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring the security of your personal information. This Privacy Policy (hereinafter "Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit our website www.designdrop.pro (the "Platform") or use our subscription-based design services (the "Services"). By accessing or using our Platform and Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy.The Services provided on the Platform can be subscribed by opting out the best available payment plan out of all the three plans that are available. The Platform inter alia provides information about the types of Services, client testimonial, membership benefits, payment plans, designing programme, procedure for raising a request for design, etc. Kindly refer to the Frequently Asked Questions section at the bottom of the Platform for more information about the aforementioned topics. You may book an introduction call to find out about the Services and understand the procedures and plans for the purpose of creating an order. The Platform (in FAQ section) also states that what sort of designs are not done by our professionals.

  1. DEFINITIONS

Under this Policy, the below-mentioned terms shall have the same meaning as those assigned to them: 

  • Applicable Law(s) shall mean and refer to all applicable provisions of the prevailing laws, statutes, common law, regulations, ordinances, codes, rules, guidelines, orders, permits, licenses, tariffs, and approvals relating to this Policy .

  • Transaction Data: We retain transactional information such as design requests, revision of design, subscription plan and timeline for the same, etc. for a minimum of 7 years to comply with the applicable laws.
  • Communications: We retain communications data, such as email address, phone number, postal address, etc. for a period of 3 years to manage customer support queries and improve our Services.
  •    Marketing Data:  We retain marketing data until you opt out of marketing communications or request deletion of your data. You may contact us at support@designdrop.pro for unsubscribing from our marketing communications.
